Returns Policy - Effective March 1st, 2025
At Mobi Grid, it’s OK to change your mind. Sometimes what seemed perfect for your home, office or garden, just isn’t right. Exchanging or Returning a product to us is convenient and hassle-free, no matter how or where it’s bought.
You have 15 days from your delivery date to exchange or return your purchase for a full refund. We will refund you in the refund card or by the same method as your original payment if the article is in original packaging. If the exchange and returns criteria are not fully met, we may refuse the exchange or return.
Returns via online purchase:

For exchange & returns of online orders customer can either contact Customer Support Center (Timing: 10 am - 06 pm) or head to your local Mobi Grid store.

We will need customers to share the pictures of the articles for us to initiate exchange or refund and the proof of purchase (invoice).

Customer can also connect to Customer Support Center through filling up this returns form.

Once the form is received, we will contact you within 24 hrs. before the articles are accepted for returns or exchange. Post which article would be accordingly picked up from the customer’s doorstep.

If the article is eligible to be returned, we suggest you pack the articles in the same condition as you received it or in transport worthy packing.
Returns via in-store purchase:

Customer can either head to your local Mobi Grid store and enter through the Exchanges & returns entrance.

Customers visiting the store can book Express Returns for a fast process.

If your items were delivered from the store and you need to schedule a pickup, please contact the Customer Support Center.

Retain the original packaging of the articles opened as the returns or exchange will be accepted only once the articles are packed in their original packaging as per the instructions provided. Know more.

Exchange and Returns will be processed on presenting the original invoice only All refunds will be processed in Refund Card that can be issued immediately or to the original mode of payment where the credit happens within 21 business days from the date of returns processed by Mobi Grid.
Exchanging or returning unopened Mobi Grid products:
You can return anything unopened IKEA product within 365 days, for a full refund. No rush, no complicated conditions. It’s best to bring your proof of purchase – but if you can’t find it, we’ll help you locate your digital receipt.

Exchanging or returning opened and tested Mobi Grid products:
We think everyone should be able to test out any product, so we take back opened products within 15 days – even assembled ones. Just show us your receipt for a full refund in a refund card. Assembled articles can be exchanged and returned at any of the store.
If you would like us to pick the article, then the article has to be disassembled and packed in transport worthy packing. (box and packed so it can be transported without damages to the unit). There will be charges for pick up.
Mobi Grid products that can’t be exchanged or returned:
Only dirty, stained, scratched, damaged, parts missing or adapted products are excluded from our Mobi Grid exchange and return policy.
